Barre fuses the very best of Yoga, Strength Training, Aerobics, Pilates and dance! You don't need to worry about dance experience. Barre is for all bodies! All fitness levels welcome. Please refer to schedule below as classes change daily.
Mondays: Bosu Ball Blend class
Tuesdays: Barre Stretch & Tone
Wednesdays: Booty Barre Bootcamp
Saturdays: Restorative Barre
*Please note classes may include equipment such a hand weights, resistance bands, Tube bands, Fit balls, Bosu Balls, Gliders.
Classes use Floor, Mats and Barre.
