This unique class is designed to enhance and take your dancing to another level! 1."THE WARM UPS" Increase stamina, muscle tone and symmetry by creating long lean muscles improving a dancers stamina and joint mobility. 2. "THE BARRE OR FLOOR EXERCISES" Improve a dancers posture & flexibility along with balance and body awareness of feet and hip alignment with an added bonus of creating graceful arms and poise! 3. "THE ABDOMINAL WORK" Strengthens core muscles and improves posture and core awareness for enhanced abdominal movements and control. 4. THE COOL DOWNS- Enhance mind-body connections, improve overall well being by reducing stress while lengthening the muscles and creating more flexibility which is beneficial for dancers. *All bellydance experience levels are welcome!* Non Bellydancers welcome also!
